Yet Another Teaster gop Loses Election In Landslide
Boustany trounces Landry for La. congressional seat
BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Rep. Charles W. Boustany Jr., a veteran Louisiana Republican allied with House Speaker John A. Boehner, trounced Republican freshman Rep. Jeffrey M. Landry in an attack-heavy runoff race Saturday.
Mr. Landry, the tea party favorite, was unable to build enough grass-roots support in his bid to oust Mr. Boustany.
