Randy Travis Sentenced in Drunk Driving Incident

Randy Travis could be going to prison. The troubled country star has been sentenced to 180 days in jail for a drunk-driving incident in August of 2012, when he was found lying naked in a road after crashing his car into a construction zone, with a blood alcohol level greater than 0.15.

The “Forever and Ever Amen” singer, who pleaded guilty in the case, can avoid doing any time behind bars if he follows the judge’s strict orders. His sentence was probated for two years, which means if he stays out of trouble in that time, he can remain a free man.
